The 1st -3rd of October, saw 30 Mentors from our PSS sites come together for a weekend of fun and bonding. This is an annual event and is aimed at rewarding our leaders within the business for their efforts across the year. Paul Sadler Swimland Mentors are responsible for, training staff, supporting our program and maintaining our high quality learn to swim classes. Highlights from the weekend away in Torquay included a yummy breakfast and dinner on the beach front, Surf Lessons down at Point Addis, watching the Grand Final replay and some quality time getting to know new people from all of our sites!
