PSS at U.S. Conference
15 March 2009
Members of the PSS Management team recently presented at the U.S. conference in Phoenix Arizona.
Swimland was represented by PSS Board members Paul Sadler, Wayne Pollock, Jason Arnold and Heather Rose along with Regional Manager Shona Osborne.
Wayne spoke about the ‘PSS Story’, its origins and how it has evolved from being a small operation in Brighton in the 1970’s to a world leader in 2009.
Jason presented on PSS’ highly reputable staff environment - how it is created and how it is maintained.
Shona detailed on how we train the staff at in our company and create a brightness of future via our career pathway.
We have included a testimonial below passed on by highly respected keynote speaker and small business coach Jeff Metzger which is indicative of the feedback received post the presentation.
Dear Jason, Paul, et al;
I was inspired to write this note after listening to your recent address at the National US Swim School National Conference. It was, in short, the most inspiring talk I have heard in recent years. I have long admired Paul Sadler Swimland, especially its philosophies. Listening to your talk, it became very clear that your entire organization is deeply bought into those philosophies and that you and your employees live them in every way; and that is a cultural accomplishment very few Companies manage. Next time I'm Down under I will definitely make time for a visit to Paul Sadler Swimland.
Continued success,
Jeff Metzger
