Squad Restructure - Pumpkin Classes Ready to Roll for Term 4

21 September 2010

Paul Sadler Swimland is excited to announce that our Squad program is to be given an exciting revamp. Over the past 12 months representatives from all Paul Sadler Swimland sites have brainstormed to create some improvements to our current Squad program.

Stage 1 of our Squad restructure will be taking effect as of Term 4 and outlined below are some of the exciting details. The detail below will apply to all swimmers on their Pumpkin certificate.

•    Smaller class sizes – Classes will now have a 7:1 ratio meaning the teacher will be able to provide the swimmers with more feedback and correction, allowing for greater progression.

•    Teachers in the water – The change in ratios will allow us to have the teacher in the water. The teachers are able to have more of a hands on approach, adding to the quality of feedback given to each individual.

•    30 minute lessons – This shorter session compensates for the lower ratio without the increasing of price.

•    Deck Supervisors – Deck will now be available for communications with parents on progress and feedback to teachers.

•    New lesson plans – The new lesson plans are specifically designed to progress each individual towards their Red certificate at a faster rate.

Stage 2 of our Squad restructure is currently being worked on and is aiming to be rolled out in Term 1, 2011. Stage 2: will apply to all swimmers on their Red, Caramel and Charcoal certificates

Information regarding stage1 of the restructure has been made available to all relevant clients during Term 3, with the aim of having everyone ready go for Term 4. If you would like more information regarding the restructure please speak with your Receptionist, Deck Supervisor or Squad Coach and they will be more than happy to help out.
