SSC was the recipient of the "Bronze Award" under the Australian Unity GO Club PB Award for 2008. This measures the performance of clubs against five strategic areas;
1. Membership 2. Administration (Operations & Financial) 3. Activities (Social and Sporting Achievements) 4. Coaching 5. Marketing and Promotion
A total of 406 clubs participated in the awards program, ranging from Gold, Silver, Bronze, Green and Entry Level. In our second year as a club our results reveal our performance and management structures against other clubs, thus identifying areas of strengths and weaknesses. This will enable us to development programs to further strengthen our club. Thankyou to all parents, swimmers, and coaches for your commitment and loyalty, the Bronze Award is a great achievement for our club.
