If you are not sure which meets you should attend please speak with your coach. For our swimmers qualified at the DIS, STA, NAT, and NE squads we have planned specifically for swimmers to attend meets which cover both days of a weekend which allows us to have blocks of work between meets to better prepare your children for their performance. This also allows for families to have more weekends which are not filled up with swim meets. When it comes to entering your events it is very important that you discuss with your coach which events would be best for your children to enter as to get the most out of their training preparation and planning for long term athlete development.
