Child Safe Policy:
Statement of Commitment to Child Safety
At Paul Sadler Swimland we’re committed to providing people who use our services, particularly children, with a safe, happy and healthy environment. We value and promote the rights of children, including their right to speak up and participate in decisions that affect their lives.
In order to provide a safe, happy and healthy Learn to Swim environment and in order to ensure we can effectively protect children entering our environment, we adhere to all of the relevant policies and procedures.
Our work with Child Safeguard (the independent Child Protection experts), along with our ongoing team training and development, and our commitment to continuous improvement, ensures that we are actively taking a preventative and proactive approach to child safety to ensure a safe space for all of our swimmers, families, teachers and team members.
